We are a software and service company that helps its customers renew themselves in the networked world. There are more than 1,200 of us working at Digia and we are all Senior Trainees. We believe that everyone has something to teach and no one can know everything by themselves.

Together with our customers we work to build a world where digitalisation makes a difference. We have the means to do so through our offering, which covers all layers of digitalisation: digital services, business systems, integration and API solutions as well as solutions for data management and analytics. We ensure the business and customer orientation of our implementations through consulting and service design. We also ensure that business critical solutions function 24/7 and keep developing.

Mikko, Delivery Lead and Developer: "Digia Agile is a team of over 50 software development professionals who share a passion for writing code. We create easy-to use and innovative web and mobile applications in an agile way. We are working in around 30-40 projects a year, which are typically parts of larger development projects for long-term customers. We always deliver quality, because we want to feel proud about the results of our work, and we always strive for a true understanding of the customer’s needs and business. In Digia we are sometimes referred as company’s kindergarten and that we truly are, in every positive sense of the word: we value curiosity, a fun-loving attitude, helping others, learning new things, finding excitement in what we do, and providing our developers a caring and safe environment to enable them to do the best work they can. And we play a lot, whether it is a game of foosball, Cards against Humanity, or beer pong."
