Is Globe special you might ask? I don't think so. Globe is not special as such, it is simply how all companies should be. We treat everyone equal, we are extremely flexible, and ask you to be flexible with the company as well. We have competitive salaries, but we also ensure we have profits so the company can continue growing. We have a growth plan for everyone, but if you are happy at your current position, we respect that, not everyone has to be a manager at some point. We are self sustained, we don't have any investors or debt, so we can focus on doing what we do best and not rush things because someone that doesn't know anything about software has committed on a board-room.
