Job Position : Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements across stakeholders. Coordinate implementation activities across multiple teams. Analyze data using Excel and business intelligence tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance originations, collections, notifications, and fraud prevention strategies in the banking/financial domain. Support omni-channel initiatives across digital platforms. Present technical and business information clearly to managers, clients, and stakeholders. Contribute to high-pressure project environments with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Software, etc.) or equivalent experience. 7–10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst. Background in the banking industry or financial institutions is a must. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Proficient in Excel; familiarity with business intelligence software is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred). Willing to travel up to 10–15% based on project needs. Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish. Note: Fully remote.
