In our Technical Area Department, we are looking for a Specialist to manage customer complaints for all immunohematology products of the Diagnostic Business Unit, as well as manage the post‑market surveillance system of Diagnostic Grifols SA.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
  • Manage complaints for immunohematology products.
  • Analyze complaints by performing risk assessment and reportability assessment to Health Authorities.
  • Create trend reports, complaints monitoring, and audit registered cases.
  • Report adverse events to Health Authorities and participate in product recalls, defining Field Safety Corrective Actions and Field Safety Notices according to applicable regulations.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of quality procedures related to complaints, vigilance system, and post‑market surveillance.
  • Create post‑market surveillance plans and reports according to applicable regulations.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar).
  • 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry and/or medical devices.
  • Experience in data automation and Artificial Intelligence tools is a plus.
  • English level C1.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Precision and meticulousness in work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

Flexible schedule: Monday‑Thursday 7‑10 to 16‑19 h and Friday 8‑15 h (with the same flexible start time). Occasionally remote work is possible.

Contract of employment: permanent.
