We‘re seeking skilled professionals to join our team of customer experience specialists, providing exceptional support to clients in various roadside assistance segments.

As a member of our team, you‘ll be responsible for connecting with service providers, coordinating timely and cost-effective solutions, and keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Fluent communication skills in English (and French for bilingual positions)


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends


• High-speed internet and quiet workspace required for remote roles


• Strong multi-tasking, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Attention to detail and genuine desire to help others


• High school diploma or equivalent
