Finance Process Optimization & Analytics Sr Specialist

We’re looking for a data-driven professional passionate about transforming and optimizing finance and accounting processes. In this role, you will leverage data analytics to lead process reengineering initiatives within our accounting function—driving automation, standardization, and compliance across financial systems.
Key tasks include, but are not limited to: Analyzing accounting and finance data to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities (e.g., inventory, revenue cycle, product costing). Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with finance and stakeholders to align data governance and automate manual workflows. Ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS and internal controls during closing cycles. Track and mitigate risk in financial reporting and data integrity. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Education:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Languages:
English proficiency (Conversation, read and write) Experience:
Professional Experience: 5+ years in accounting, finance with data analytics and strong knowledge of financial reporting. Data Expertise:
Skilled in report creation, database management, data analytics generation, and interpretation. Specialized Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of financial cycles and reporting (inventory, master data, revenue). Performance Tracking
