Responsibilities
Perform moderate process administration in his/her area of responsibility. Responsible to solve tickets in system attending questions and requisitions from internal customers (HR, managers, employees). Process HR transactions in system including new hires, onboarding, terminations, promotions, and transfers. Document process completion based on the relevant Work Instruction and performs quality checks. Support the design, application and continual improvement of HR processes. Collaborate with HR Service Hub Leadership to ensure consistency and standardization across HR processes. Handles moderate employee inquiries allocated in his/her queue. Resolves in priority order or forwards the employee related questions to the respective queue, informs requestor about inquiry status. Can serve as contact to HR Vendors (e.g. Payroll, Time, ...) and other stakeholders (employees, managers, HR Consultants, CoEs, ...) Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions.
Requirements College Degree or Bachelor in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics or related areas. Minimum 2 years experience in the field of personnel administration with working experience at HR SSC (Shared Service Center) environment (Tier level support, escalation, ticket handling, ...) Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors, SAP ERP HCM, ticketing systems. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools in order to handle data building, template uploads and data review with moderate data sizing. English skills to handle oral and writing conversations with other countries. (Advanced english) Solution-driven, good communication and interpersonal skills, team & customer oriented, good listen skills, assertiveness, proactivity, detailed-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
