Manager, HRBP - Europe

How You’ll Make an Impact- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and support Cloudbeds team members across Spain and the broader EMEA region.
- Own all regional employment and contractor/EOR compliance, including Spain’s labor laws, CBAs, Equality Plans, and EOR/contractor oversight across multiple EMEA countries.
- Shape organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, guide culture and team‑member relations, and contribute directly to our global People strategy.
- Partner with HRBPs, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Workday/Systems, and senior leadership at all levels.
- Manage confidential and sensitive team‑member information, support internal audits, and coordinate region‑specific compliance initiatives.
- Leverage HR systems like Workday for data accuracy and reporting, driving continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Work independently across time zones, utilizing strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of regional employment practices.

What You Bring to the Team Strategic HR Partnership- Serve as the primary HRBP for CS + Onboarding.
- Partner with leaders across multiple levels to understand business needs and align People strategies.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent programs, and change initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights to help build inclusive, high‑performing teams.
- Manage and resolve complex team‑member relations with confidentiality and strong judgment.
- Support development conversations, performance management, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
- Partner on global and regional engagement and culture initiatives.

- Employment law and regulatory requirements.

EMEA
- Multi‑country employment and contractor regulations.
- EOR (Employer of Record) compliance for EMEA countries.
- Contractor policy alignment.
- Regional documentation requirements.
- Partner with People Ops on onboarding, off‑boarding, transfers, and lifecycle processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential team‑member data in Workday.
- Support compensation cycles, calibrations, and workforce reporting.
- Partner with Business Systems to troubleshoot Workday workflows or data issues.
- Work with HRBPs across NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to ensure global consistency in practices and programs.
- Support global People initiatives, including performance, DEI, compensation, leadership development, and workforce planning.
- Strengthen cross‑regional People processes and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
- Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, CBAs, Equality Plans, and conciliation processes.
- Experience with EOR and contractor compliance across EMEA.
- Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong data manipulation and analysis skills in Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and a high level of integrity.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across cultures and time zones.
- Strong judgment, ownership, confidentiality, and problem‑solving.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, remote‑first environment.
- Workday experience is a strong plus.
