Diagnosticar y corregir problemas técnicos en equipos y sistemas. Realizar reparaciones y reposición de piezas, garantizando la calidad y seguridad del trabajo. Realice inspecciones periódicas para identificar problemas potenciales y tomar medidas correctivas. Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar la integridad de los sistemas y equipos. Mantener registros precisos de todas las actividades de mantenimiento realizadas. Siga los procedimientos y regulaciones de seguridad relevantes durante todas las actividades. Participar en el desarrollo de planes de mantenimiento y la implementación de mejoras de procesos. Requisitos: Experiencia en mantenimiento de casas y apartamentos.
