Bilingual Sourcer Recruiter ~100% remote, equipment will be provided ~ Internet reimbursement (Monthly)
Engineers, Quality Control, Supervisors, Managers, and above. Experience recruiting for corporate-type roles is still valuable, but the immediate focus is on plant/manufacturing roles. Strong English language skills (written and spoken). Skilled in preparing high-quality, thoughtful candidate submissions. Contract: Temporary (initial 3 months, renewable for an additional 3 months, until accumulating 12 months for full contract planta).
Additional Benefits upon permanent hire (Planta): Medical Insurance – NYL (after 12 months of service) Permanent contract will honor your original hire date
