QA Manual Lead

: Responsibilities Lead and coordinate manual testing activities

across multiple projects to ensure software quality and reliability. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts

aligned with project requirements. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders

to ensure clarity in requirements and proper defect resolution. Identify, document, and track software defects

using tools such as Jira or Bugzilla, ensuring timely closure and retesting. Apply various testing techniques

including boundary, exploratory, and negative testing to validate product functionality. Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices

within the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Mentor and support QA team members , promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Provide regular status updates and testing metrics

to management and project leads. Requirements 8+ years of proven experience

in software quality assurance, with strong focus on

manual testing . Solid understanding of

SDLC and QA methodologies . Expertise in

creating detailed test documentation

— test plans, test cases, and scripts. Proficient in

defect tracking and test management tools

such as Jira or Bugzilla. Deep knowledge of

testing strategies and techniques , including

boundary, exploratory, and negative testing . Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills , with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent

communication and interpersonal abilities

to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to

work independently and manage priorities

in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Desired Experience

leading or mentoring QA teams . Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum environments . Exposure to

basic automation concepts

is a plus. Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish. Note: Fully remote.
