Responsibilities: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud is required. Intermediate level of proficiency in Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) is recommended. Service Delivery proficiency is suggested. Develop and implement innovative solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application functionality Analyze and optimize application performance for efficiency Provide technical support and guidance to end-users Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement Advanced conversational English
Monterrey: 1-2 times a week in the office Mexico City and Guadalajara: 100% home office
