Senior Genesys Developer

Institutional Investor Group Technology (IIGT) is looking for a Senior Genesys Developer with extensive experience in both coding and architectural design. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Genesys technologies and a proven track record of developing and implementing complex solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive the future state architecture of our Contact Center product while also being hands-on with coding and development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Genesys-based solutions to meet business requirements for our modernized Contact Center product.

• Lead the architectural design and future state planning for our Genesys platform within the Contact Center solution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Genesys solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Genesys applications.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Genesys technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of Genesys solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Genesys Framework, Genesys SDK, and related technologies.

• Experience with cloud-based Genesys solutions (e.g., Genesys Cloud).

• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

• Experience with Agentic AI Framework.

• Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in Genesys development and architecture.

Additional Qualifications:

• Certifications in Genesys technologies.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of other contact center technologies and integrations.
