• Role: Senior consultant within the Time Management workstream
• Integrations: EC > Time, Payroll (EC Payroll / SAP HCM / third party), FI/CO where relevant

The project is part of a long‑term Digital HR transformation programme within a regulated public‑sector environment, supporting the migration from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors. A core focus is the introduction, harmonisation, and continuous optimisation of Time Management processes, with particular emphasis on SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Sheet, ensuring compliance with country‑specific labour law and collective bargaining requirements.

The Senior Consultant will play a key role in the Time Management stream, working closely with HR, IT, and project stakeholders across all phases of the SAP Activate methodology. Responsibilities include process analysis and target‑state design, system configuration, and support of integrations with payroll and financial systems. The engagement is structured as a stable, part‑time, long‑term assignment with strong extension potential.
