Senior Specialist / Tech Lead – Java & Angular : Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement web applications

using

Angular and Java

technologies. Lead the full development lifecycle

from requirement analysis to deployment. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders

to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Build and integrate APIs

to connect front-end and back-end systems. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code

adhering to industry best practices. Participate in code reviews

to ensure code quality and consistency. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications

to improve performance and user experience. Mentor and guide junior developers

in Angular, Java, and software engineering practices. Ensure adherence to coding standards , security guidelines, and software development best practices. Conduct unit testing

and support integration testing activities. Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams

for seamless project delivery. Maintain comprehensive project documentation , including technical specifications. Requirements: 7 to 11 years of experience

in full-stack development with

Java and Angular . Strong expertise in API development

and integration. Proven experience with

enterprise-level web applications . Excellent

problem-solving and debugging skills . Experience in

Agile/Scrum environments . Leadership qualities

with the potential to grow into a

Tech Lead role . Strong communication and collaboration skills.
