About the Role We are hiring a

ServiceNow Delivery Lead

to own delivery across multiple UK/US client projects end-to-end. This is a

non-coding role by design .

You will coordinate delivery, manage client communication, enforce quality gates, and build delivery processes that keep small project pods running smoothly.

You will initially transition from a senior ServiceNow engineering background into delivery ownership with structured post-join training and certifications sponsored by the company.

What You’ll Own Delivery ownership for

3–6 concurrent ServiceNow projects Client communication with UK/US stakeholders Quality gate enforcement before releases Project coordination across distributed developer pods Delivery documentation, runbooks, checklists, and handoff processes Proactive risk and slippage management Building lightweight but effective delivery frameworks

Structured Career Transition Support This role includes: 6 months of structured project-management training post-join Company-sponsored certifications Hands-on mentorship in delivery leadership Transition path from senior developer → delivery leadership

Required Skills & Experience 8+ years total IT experience 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow build/development experience Strong English communication skills (written + verbal) Comfortable interacting daily with UK/US clients Demonstrated ownership beyond assigned tasks Experience creating documentation, checklists, templates, or processes used by teams Willingness to fully step away from coding responsibilities Able to join within 4 weeks of offer
