Treasury Systems Administrator: Responsibilities: Monitor support mailboxes and

ServiceNow

tickets for issue tracking and resolution. Analyze reported issues to determine the root cause. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 Support. Communicate with support teams, business representatives, and banking contacts to ensure timely resolution. Ensure all issues are logged appropriately in ServiceNow. Assist with testing and documentation for system developments or enhancements to TRAX. Keep banking and SAP support teams informed of any relevant local developments. Maintain up-to-date business documentation, process flows, and contact lists. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience supporting IT Finance Systems. Clear and effective communication skills in English (spoken and written). Desired: Experience working with

TRAX
