**Position:** **Location:** Spain or Portugal (fully remote) UKG Pro WFM Solution Consultant**About the Role:**To design and deliver end‐to‐end Workforce Management solutions for global clients. You will translate business requirements into robust UKG designs across timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and compliance, and collaborate closely with integrations and payroll teams to ensure seamless end‐to‐end processes. The role spans project implementations and AMS (enhancements, incident resolution, and continuous improvement).**Key Responsibilities**Run discovery workshops; gather and document business/functional requirements for **Required Qualifications** of experience implementing or supporting Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; comfortable reading logs and triaging time/pay calculation issues.Experience in client‐facing consulting environments; solid documentation and communication skills in English and French.**Preferred Qualifications**Experience with **European labor/attendance requirements**Familiarity with Competitive compensation and flexible work model.**Role Success Indicators****Benefits**At Strada, we support your whole self—offering a range of benefits for your health, wellbeing, finances, and future.
