On behalf of our client, a growing independent wealth management and financial planning firm based in Toronto, we are looking for a Wealth Management Associate to join their team.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of a wealth management practice and wants to grow alongside a collaborative, entrepreneurial team. The successful candidate will support two Financial Advisors across client servicing, account administration, and day-to-day operations, while helping build scalable processes as the firm continues to expand.


Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to two advisors and their clients
  • Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups, delivering a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
  • Assist with account documentation, onboarding activities, maintenance requests, and transaction processing
  • Coordinate and prepare client materials, forms, and digital documentation with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate client records and support ongoing data management initiatives
  • Track workflows, outstanding tasks, and deadlines to help keep client deliverables organized and on schedule
  • Liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders to support smooth execution of client-related requests
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies as the business continues to grow
  • Support additional projects and team initiatives as required


Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience within wealth management, investment administration, financial advisory support, or a related financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of client servicing and back-office operations within a financial advisory setting
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems, and document management platforms
  • Familiarity with Canadian investment account structures and general industry processes is preferred
  • Industry coursework or financial services licensing is considered an asset
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professional communicator with a client-first mindset and strong relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a flexible or remote work environment
  • Interest in long-term growth and taking on increasing responsibilities over time
