We complement each other with our different strengths and personalities in order to unlock continuous value delivery and consistently empower FREE NOW‘s agile culture of transparency, experimentation and feedback.Who we areWe recently, shifted from being department-focused to being focused on the broader Product and Tech organization, with the aim to assist the entire company in the near future. Our goal is to develop people, processes and structures at Free Now to enable the transition into an organization that is even more successful and that shapes the mobility of the future. Our main activities mainly involve coaching, training, mentoring, and consulting depending on the needs and problems. We split the work between the group of Agile Coaches based on the expertise and the willingness of learning/exploring a topic. Besides serving our colleagues when they request for help, we push to understand agility as a competence by e.g. helping teams & leads to assess their maturity & performance and providing them with useful tools and methodologies on their journey to improve. In close exchange with our Senior Management Team, we are also currently analyzing cross-company collaboration from different views e.g. organizational design, processes, roles, leadership perception, and collaboration culture.We, the Agile Coaches, are constantly aiming to improve and expand the portfolio of support we can provide to the organization, hence we are looking to expand our team by adding personalities with skills and capabilities complementing our current setup. Make use of your toolkits as a coach, trainer, consultant, or moderator Promote self-organization and a customer-driven mindset to help teams achieve great innovations and valuable outcomesAnalyze the organization to spot areas of improvement and raise awareness of them to the leadership team to actively improving the system and organizational understandingDesign and host Trainings and Training programs to empower individuals & teams fostering a learning cultureAssess needs and facilitate workshops to make out current pain points and address them in a target-oriented manner Develop and execute solutions to organizational challenges together with leaders & teams to help maximize the effectivity and efficiency of the organizationCollaborate closely with the other Agile Coaches, share your knowledge and experience and grow together as a teamGuide people through change and support the company with change management and OKRs as goal-setting frameworkThese are your qualifications:You enjoy your work while bringing in a sense of humor and optimismYou worked several years on a servant leadership role such as an Agile Coach, or in a (lateral) leadership position (m/f/d)You stand for self-initiative, courage and a hands-on-mentalityYou are a strong and experienced communicator with the ability to be empatheticYou stand for an agile Mindset and live up to its valuesYou gained knowledge and experience in various agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Design thinking, OKRs, Lean, etc.)You hold strong cognitive skills and system thinking abilityYou can adapt quickly to new situations, suggest & apply fitting tools or methodsYou are open minded to work with people from other cultures and possess a fluent proficiency in EnglishYou have experience with coaching, facilitating, training and consulting You are experienced in change management and with designing transitions Additionally, it would be a plus if: You have experience working with Product and Engineering departmentsYou have experience working in multicultural environmentsYou have experience and/or an education in Coaching individuals and groupsYou have experience working in remote environmentsYou have experience in organizational analysis and/or organizational development working with different levels of hierarchiesDiversity and inclusion:At FREE NOW, we commit to being an equal opportunity employer.
