Investor RelationsForecast hours: 2 hours/day (10 hours per week)Fix Radio is the UK’s newest national DAB station - and the only radio station in the UK aimed at tradespeople. We’re providing the on-site soundtrack for builders, construction workers and trade businesses across the country.We’ve recently completed a successful crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube raising £1M from approx. 400 investors. We’re looking for a Community Manager to join our team at Fix Radio - to help us manage the additional investor portfolio we now hold making sure investors are kept up to date with company news, are made the feel valued and help us get the Fix Radio name out there!Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop engaging content. You should be a people person with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all investor community communications.ResponsibilitiesAll communication to investors (email, phone & social media)Executing communication on behalf of key Fix Radio stakeholders as well as proactively engaging the community with your own ideas/contentRespond to comments and investor queries promptlyMonitor and report on feedback and comments from investorsOrganise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness (E.g investor parties)Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Content teamsLiaise with senior management to stay updated on business successes and objectivesBuild relationships with investors and potential investorsRequirements and skillsExperience dealing and communicating with C-SuiteExperience working with communities (could be in a corporate environment or social)Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)Experience on all the major social media platformsExcellent verbal communication skillsExcellent phone etiquetteExcellent writing skillsKnowledge of online marketing and marketing channelsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskBasic content creation and graphic design skills (Not a must but desired)In return we will offer:A hybrid role - mostly remote (work from home)Forecast hours: 2 hours/day (10 hours per week)£15/hour
