Senior Executive Compensation Analyst

•Drive various activities relating to executive compensation and equity compensation, including:
•Pricing for external and internal (new hires/promotions) roles that are Vice President and above for all functions and regions
• Be a driver in the development, implementation and administration of executive & equity programs company-wide, including annual and long-term incentive programs
• Work collaboratively with the head of compensation and various stakeholders on current and new plan design; this includes developing supporting analysis and communication materials
•Support in the coordination and preparation of Compensation Committee meeting materials
•Support in the annual preparation of the annual proxy statement, including the compensation discussion and analysis
•Maintain executive compensation processes and policies, including administrative tasks in support of executive & equity compensation administration, such as: data auditing, cleanup, reporting, dashboards, modeling for new plan design, process improvement and supporting other initiatives.
•Bachelor‘s Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
•3+ years of relevant compensation experience
•Advanced computer skills in Excel and Power Point, and in HR systems
•Proven analytical, project management and communication skills
•Organized and detail oriented is a must as all tasks are related to Executive Compensation (data typically sent to senior executives or Board members)
